The exact origin of this recording is not documented, but it circulates as a classic Brazilian WhatsApp audio, the kind of earnest voice note relatives forward to whole family groups. Its charm comes from the regional flavor: mininu is a playful Northeastern phonetic rendering of menino, meaning boy, so the speaker is really saying hug Mariza and the boys. Clips like this get shared because they feel real and affectionate, and creators reuse them as meme greetings precisely because the sincerity contrasts with whatever joke follows.
