Noo-Noo is the sentient vacuum cleaner who lives with Tinky Winky, Dipsy, Laa-Laa and Po in Teletubbies, the BBC children's series that first aired in 1997 and later returned in a 2015 revival. In the show he tidies Tubbyland but often slurps up food, blankets and toys, prompting the famous naughty Noo-Noo reaction. Clips of that moment have been reposted on soundboards and in edits for years because the phrase works out of context as a gentle, funny accusation whenever someone cleans up too enthusiastically or makes a mess disappear.

The Naughty Noo-Noo sound effect from Teletubbies, featuring the vacuum character misbehaving. Used in meme edits for funny kids show reactions.
This clip captures the moment Noo-Noo, the blue vacuum cleaner from Teletubbies, gets told off for sucking up something he should not have. You hear the playful scolding phrase delivered in that bright, sing-song children's television style, layered over Noo-Noo's whirring and slurping noises. The contrast between the sweet tone and the naughty behaviour makes it instantly funny, even without the picture. It lands as a light, nostalgic punchline rather than a real telling off, which is why editors love dropping it over small everyday messes and mishaps.
