Neco-Arc is a comedic, cat-eared parody of Arcueid Brunestud, the heroine of TYPE-MOON's Tsukihime visual novel series, and she became widely known through the Melty Blood fighting games and the surrounding fan community. Her exaggerated, high-energy voice lines are a large part of the joke, and short clips of her shouting have circulated on soundboards, forums and video edits for years. Fans keep using this yell because it instantly signals Neco-Arc's chaotic humour, even to viewers who have never played the games.

Neco-Arc's short, high-pitched yell from Melty Blood, a burst of chaotic cat-like energy often used in anime edits, reaction memes and gaming clips.
This is a one-second yell from Neco-Arc, the mischievous cat-like parody of Arcueid from TYPE-MOON's Tsukihime and Melty Blood games. Her voice shoots up into a sharp, squeaky, almost cartoonish cry that sounds both startled and delighted, with a frantic energy that makes it instantly funny out of context. It lands like a tiny explosion of chaos, cutting through a quiet scene and making viewers laugh at the sheer absurdity of the timing. Because it is so short and expressive, it works as a punchline on its own, turning an ordinary fail, jump scare or unexpected reveal into something far more dramatic and meme-ready.
