Chou Chou Hua is the Mandarin Chinese name for Gloom, the middle evolution of Oddish introduced with the first generation of Pokemon games in 1996 and later seen in the anime. Gloom evolves from Oddish and into Vileplume, and is recognised by the rafflesia like flower on its head and its famously foul smell. Short clips named in Chinese circulate widely on soundboards shared by Pokemon fans outside China, where the unfamiliar name becomes part of the search term while the character cry remains instantly recognisable to players.
Tentang suara ini
Chou Chou Hua is the Chinese name for Gloom from Pokemon, heard as a short cry sound effect that fans use for funny plant and stink reactions online.
This seven second clip centers on Chou Chou Hua, better known outside China as Gloom, the droopy blue Grass and Poison type Pokemon with a large stinking flower on its head. The sound feels sleepy, drooling and slightly gross, matching the character's lazy expression and the cloud of pollen it is famous for releasing. Played on its own it lands as a quick character moment, and dropped over a video it instantly signals something smelly, wilted or unimpressed, letting the joke register before any caption or explanation appears on screen at all.
