Dr Disrespect is the exaggerated character played by American streamer Guy Beahm, known for his wig, sunglasses and confident trash talk while playing shooters and battle royale games on Twitch and later other platforms. Short voice lines from his streams were clipped by fans and shared as reaction sounds, and this blunt dismissal became a staple for rating plays and clips online. Its popularity comes from the contrast between his normally hyped persona and this flat verdict, making it reusable far beyond his own broadcasts.

This is a 0.7 second voice clip of streamer Dr Disrespect delivering his deadpan verdict, it's terrible, in a flat dismissive tone. The line is clipped short with no build up, which makes the judgment land instantly and feel even harsher. His deep, theatrical delivery turns a simple complaint into a comic put down, perfect for punctuating something that has clearly gone wrong. Viewers hear it as instant disapproval, the kind of blunt reaction that ends a debate and gets a laugh because of how final it sounds.
