Serious Sam is a first person shooter series developed by Croteam, first released in 2001 and built around huge enemy waves and old school arena combat. Its hero Sam Stone became known for short, cocky one liners delivered between fights, and clips of those lines have circulated for years on gaming soundboards and in edited videos. This I knew it line survives because it sums up the series perfectly, a lone hero completely unsurprised by yet another ambush, and works just as well outside the game as a reaction.

Serious Sam saying I knew it is a short voice line from the Serious Sam games, used for smug reveals, predicted twists and I told you so moments.
This is a brief voice clip of Sam Stone, the hero of Serious Sam, delivering the line I knew it with confident, deadpan certainty. The delivery is short and punchy, landing in just over two seconds with no build up, which makes the smugness hit instantly. It sounds like a hero who spotted the trap, the ambush or the obvious twist long before anyone else did. Played over a reveal, it turns a normal moment into a knowing punchline and lets the character on screen seem completely unsurprised.
