Lost in Thoughts is a Frenchcore track by Sefa, a producer closely associated with the fast, melodic French hardcore sound that grew out of the wider hardcore scene. Frenchcore is defined by its high tempo, distorted kicks and anthemic synth leads, and this excerpt leans into all three. The clip circulates mainly as a short, high-impact audio for edits and montages, where its relentless pace signals intensity without needing lyrics. That combination of speed, melody and raw energy is why hard dance fans keep returning to it.

A fast Frenchcore excerpt from Sefa's Lost in Thoughts, with pounding kicks and a driving melody, used for intense edits and hard dance videos.
This 21-second clip captures the driving core of Sefa's Frenchcore track Lost in Thoughts, opening with relentless distorted kicks that land at a breathless tempo before a bright, melodic lead cuts through the pressure. The contrast between the pounding low end and the almost euphoric synth line gives it a feeling of being pulled forward, tense but energised rather than purely aggressive. It works as a sudden lift in a video, turning an ordinary moment into something urgent, chaotic and ready to explode into a drop or a fast cut.
