Game Grumps is a long-running YouTube Let's Play channel where Arin Hanson and Dan Avidan play through games while commenting on them, and Mickey Mousecapade is a 1980s Mickey Mouse platform game for the Nintendo Entertainment System. During their playthrough, the hosts grew frustrated with its stiff controls and confusing design, and the moment they called it such a bad game became a shareable reaction clip. It spread among fans and editors who recognised the same feeling from other retro and modern titles, keeping it useful long after the original episode.
