Gangnam Style was released by South Korean artist PSY in 2012 and became a global viral hit, driven by its catchy electronic beat and horse riding dance in the music video. The song topped charts worldwide and its video was the first online to reach one billion views. Short clips from the track, including this bah hook section, were later reused across short form edits and meme soundboards. Its exaggerated, joyful tone keeps it useful as shorthand for a big, silly dance moment.

Short clip from PSY's Gangnam Style featuring the distinctive bah vocal hook, used in meme edits, dance videos and funny reaction moments online.
This is a short excerpt from Gangnam Style built around a punchy bah vocal stab over the song's driving electronic dance beat. The delivery is loud, bouncy and instantly recognisable, with the synth hook and four on the floor rhythm pushing everything forward. Played on its own it feels like a sudden burst of early 2010s pop energy, silly and confident at the same time. Viewers tend to react with instant recognition and humour because the sound signals a dance break, an over the top entrance, or a joke that is about to go big.
