At about 11.4 seconds, the file gives you several impacts rather than one isolated hit, so preview the whole sequence before choosing an edit point. Download the MP3 to keep it available offline. For a ringtone, the full run can work, while a shorter cut is usually cleaner as a notification tone. The scraping and crashes can crowd speech, so lower them beneath dialogue. A Roblox Oof can follow the last collision when you want a clearer punchline.

Play the button, download the MP3, or set it as a ringtone for 11 seconds of GMod ragdoll crashes, scrapes, flops, and broken-physics chaos.
This sound is a short burst of the messy, slapstick audio people associate with Garry's Mod ragdolls going completely wrong. It has a jumble of impacts, scraping movement and awkward flops that make it feel like a character model has lost all control and collapsed into pure physics chaos. The result is funny rather than scary, and it instantly sells the idea of a glitch, a wipeout or a totally broken moment. Creators use it to make failures look more dramatic and to give awkward falls an extra layer of absurd comedy.
