The clip comes from Jacksfilms, the long running YouTube comedy creator known for voice impressions and parody sketches. His Kermit bits lean on doing an accurate Muppet style voice while saying things Kermit would never say on television, and this blood line became a favorite isolated moment from that style. Fans cut it out for soundboards and short edits because it works without any visual context. It keeps circulating during spooky season and in reaction videos where a wholesome voice turning threatening is the entire joke.

Jacksfilms doing a dark Kermit the Frog impression saying ghosts aren't real but my lust for blood is, used for creepy funny reaction edits.
This is Jacksfilms performing a twisted Kermit the Frog impression, delivering the line about ghosts not being real but his lust for blood being very real. The voice keeps Kermit's familiar froggy croak and cheerful delivery, which makes the sudden turn into horror movie villain territory feel even more wrong. It lasts just a few seconds, building from a flat denial into a dead serious confession. Viewers hear innocence and menace at the same time, and that clash is what makes the clip land as both unsettling and absurdly funny in edits.
