Aldo, Giovanni e Giacomo are one of Italy's best known comedy trios, performing together on stage, television and in hit films since the 1990s, with Aldo Baglio's Sicilian character becoming especially quotable. Short lines from their sketches and movies have long circulated as ringtones, WhatsApp audios and meme sounds in Italy. Le cagate che dici survives because it is brief, instantly understandable and perfectly delivered, so it can be pasted into chats and edits whenever someone wants a comic, dismissive reply without writing an explanation themselves.

Italian voice clip of Aldo from Aldo, Giovanni e Giacomo saying le cagate che dici, used as a funny reaction to nonsense or unbelievable claims online.
This is a short Italian voice line saying le cagate che dici, delivered with exasperated disbelief by Aldo from the comedy trio Aldo, Giovanni e Giacomo. The phrase roughly means the nonsense you are talking, and the annoyed, dismissive delivery makes it instantly funny even in a two second clip. It works because the tone does all the work, cutting off an absurd story or excuse without needing any explanation, and Italian listeners recognise the familiar comic timing and character voice immediately from the trio's films and sketches.
