Enéas Carneiro was a Brazilian cardiologist and politician who ran for president in 1989, 1994 and 1998 for the small PRONA party. Because his party received very little free television airtime, his campaign spots were extremely short, forcing him to speak at high speed and finish by stating his name and candidate number. That rushed formula turned 'Meu nome é Enéas' into a nationally recognised catchphrase in Brazil. Decades later the line circulates on soundboards and in WhatsApp groups as a nostalgic political meme.

Brazilian politician Enéas Carneiro shouting his name in his rapid campaign ad style, a classic meme sound used for bold introductions and reactions.
This is the unmistakable self introduction of Enéas Carneiro, delivered at full speed with a sharp, formal tone and a hard stop on his own name. The clip lasts just over two seconds, long enough for the urgency in his voice to build and land like a punchline. There is no music or background noise, only the compressed sound of a television campaign spot. Heard without any context, it still feels like someone bursting into a room to announce himself, which is why the line works as an instant comic entrance in edits and chats.
