Neco Arc first appeared as a joke cat version of Arcueid Brunestud in Type Moon's Tsukihime series before becoming a playable character in the Melty Blood fighting games. Her exaggerated meowing speech and tiny design made her a favourite in Carnival Phantasm and in fan edits online. Short voice clips like this one spread through anime meme communities and rhythm edits, where her chaotic energy fits quick cuts. The character remains popular because the voice is distinctive even for viewers who have never played the original games.

A short Neco Arc voice clip from Tsukihime and Melty Blood, featuring her high pitched catlike cry. Creators use it for cute anime reactions and meme edits.
This is a very brief vocal burst from Neco Arc, the chibi cat parody of Arcueid known for her squeaky, mischievous voice. Lasting just half a second, the clip is a sharp, high pitched yelp that sounds playful rather than alarmed. It works because the delivery is so exaggerated and instantly recognisable to anime fans. Dropped into a quiet moment, it turns an ordinary reaction into a silly punchline, adding a burst of chaotic cuteness without needing any dialogue or explanation to land the joke for viewers.
