The name is French for Yasser's fart, but the original recording and who Yasser is remain unclear, so the clip circulates mainly as a standalone soundboard joke rather than a scene from a known film or show. It is shared alongside other stretched gag clips like fart with reverb and long brain fart, where the humour comes from duration rather than surprise. Short fart sounds are common in prank edits, and this longer version has stayed in use because it gives editors time to build a reaction around it.
Informazioni su questo suono
Pet de Yasser is a long fart sound effect meme clip used for gross-out jokes, awkward silences and prank edits where a sudden fart breaks the scene.
Pet de Yasser is a drawn-out fart sound lasting nearly eight seconds, starting with a short sputter and building into a wetter, rumbling burst that fades unevenly at the end. The length and changing texture make it feel deliberately over the top rather than a quick pop, which is why it lands as a gross-out punchline. Listeners usually react with a mix of disgust and laughter, especially when the sound is dropped into a quiet or serious moment where nothing in the picture explains it, turning embarrassment into the whole joke.
