The clip comes from Hellsing Ultimate Abridged Episode 2, the TeamFourStar parody of the Hellsing Ultimate anime. Walter C. Dornez is Integra Hellsing's loyal butler and a former vampire hunter known for his wire weapons. TeamFourStar's abridged series became hugely popular online for rewriting serious scenes with sharp comedy while keeping dramatic performances. This speech was clipped and shared on soundboards because its serious delivery works both in fan edits and as an ironic reaction to overly formal or dramatic moments in chats and videos.

Walter's dramatic speech from Team Four Star's Hellsing Ultimate Abridged Episode 2, used for epic introductions, villain monologues and anime edits.
This is Walter C. Dornez delivering a calm, formal speech in his refined British butler tone, taken from the abridged parody. The delivery starts polite and measured, then builds in intensity as his loyalty and deadly competence come through. The contrast between the elegant voice and the violent world of Hellsing makes the clip feel both classy and menacing. Listeners instantly get a sense of old-school devotion mixed with hidden danger, which is why the speech lands as a perfect dramatic character moment rather than a simple line reading.
