The exact original source of this clip is not clearly documented, so it is best understood as a soundboard meme that circulates through anime and cat-loving online communities rather than as a line from a named show. Its appeal comes from a simple, searchable phrase that fans can reuse whenever cat girls enter the conversation, and it sits naturally alongside other cat laugh and meow sounds in meme edits and reaction compilations. Because the joke is broad and visual, it has stayed useful for short videos, streams and chat reactions long after its first uploads.
Informazioni su questo suono
A 24-second meme sound built around the spoken line 'where the cat girls', used as a playful reaction in anime edits, streams and cat-themed videos.
This is a short, spoken meme clip built around the repeated question of where the cat girls are, delivered in a playful, slightly exasperated tone that lands like an in-joke for anime and internet-cat fans. Over its roughly 24 seconds, the line keeps the focus on the search itself rather than an answer, which makes the humour feel open-ended and easy to drop into a reaction. It sounds casual and conversational rather than polished, so it works best as a punchline or a confused cutaway, instantly signalling fandom, curiosity and a tongue-in-cheek hunt for cat-eared characters.
