At 3.6 seconds, the file is short enough to place without trimming, though you can cut trailing silence if your editor shows any. Download the MP3 once and keep it locally for offline playback. Its sharp ending can jump above dialogue, so lower the level when voices are already loud. It works best as a notification tone; for a ringtone, your phone may loop or repeat the brief file. Keep an Awkward Moment sound effect or Womp Womp fail sound nearby for reactions needing a slower, more defeated payoff.

Play the Ba Dum Tss button after a punchline, download the 3.6-second rimshot MP3, or use it as a notification tone for jokes and awkward pauses.
This sound is the familiar ba dum tss rimshot: a short drum sting that lands right after a punchline, cheesy joke, or painfully bad pun. It usually starts with a low tom hit and ends with a crisp snare-and-cymbal accent, giving the moment a playful, slightly sarcastic finish. Because it is so widely recognized, it instantly tells the viewer that the joke was intentional, corny, or meant to get a groan. Even in very short clips, it adds timing, emphasis, and that classic comedy-club feel.
