Falling screams like this are a long-running cartoon gag, where a character's voice drops away to sell height and distance without showing the whole fall. This short male version became a staple of meme edits and soundboards because it is clean, instantly readable, and easy to loop over any clip. Creators reuse it for game knockbacks, slip-ups and edited falls on TikTok, YouTube Shorts and streaming highlights, where the stretched ohhh signals a fail long before the character lands or the scene cuts away.

A man screams ohhh as he falls, a short cartoon-style falling scream sound effect used in memes and edits for fails, drops and surprise falls.
The clip is a single male voice letting out a long, falling ohhh that slides down in pitch as if the speaker is dropping away. It starts fairly loud and clear, then stretches and fades, giving the clear impression of someone plunging, slipping or being launched off screen. There is no music or background noise, just the clean vocal fall. That simple drop makes the joke instant for a viewer, turning a normal trip, jump or knockback into a cartoon moment of panic and defeat without needing any dialogue or explanation.
