Fil Necati is one of the main characters in Kral Sakir, the Turkish animated series created by Varol Yasaroglu that premiered on Cartoon Network Turkey in 2016. Necati is a purple elephant whose trunk, jokes and lazy personality made him a favourite with children and older viewers sharing clips online. Short lines from the show began circulating as soundboard and short video sounds in Turkey, and this hortum clip is used in that same way, detached from its episode as a standalone joke.

Fil Necati hortum sound from Kral Sakir, featuring the elephant character talking about his trunk, used for funny Turkish cartoon meme edits.
This is a short voice clip of Fil Necati, the laid back purple elephant from Kral Sakir, making a joke about his hortum, his trunk. The delivery is goofy and drawn out, with his familiar deep, lazy tone turning a simple line into something instantly recognisable for fans of the show. The humour comes from how seriously he treats his trunk while sounding completely relaxed. It lands well as a quick reaction, cutting through a scene for a second of silly, character driven comedy before the action moves on again.
