Noli is a character associated with Forsaken, the Roblox asymmetrical horror game where survivors run from killers, and short clips of his voice lines circulate widely in Roblox meme edits and gameplay videos. This particular laugh-scream has become a shorthand for a chase turning unhinged, because its exaggerated delivery is easy to recognise even in a short edit. Fans reuse it for jumpscare compilations, funny fails and dramatic reveals, keeping it in rotation long after the original clip first spread through the Forsaken community online.

A long manic laugh and scream from Noli in the Roblox horror game Forsaken, used in meme edits for jumpscares, failed chases and chaotic moments.
This clip is a single drawn-out burst of laughter that slides into a loud, almost unhinged scream, lasting just over five seconds and rising in pitch as it goes on. It starts with a breathy, giggling ha that stretches and stutters before breaking into a full-throated blare, giving it a cartoonish yet unsettling edge that fits a horror character losing control. The sound feels chaotic and theatrical at once, which is why it lands so well over a sudden reveal, a chase going wrong or a character snapping. Listeners recognise the exaggerated delivery instantly, even without context, and the abrupt energy makes a scene feel louder, funnier and more frantic.
