Kevin Spencer is a Canadian adult animated series created by Greg Lawrence that first aired in the late 1990s and followed its chain-smoking teenage title character through darkly comic misadventures in Ottawa. Its deliberately crude animation and deadpan humour gave it a cult following long after its original run, and short clips of Kevin's voice later circulated on soundboards and in meme edits. The character's flat indifference still makes the audio instantly recognisable to fans of offbeat Canadian animation.

The Kevin Spencer sound is a voice clip from the Canadian animated series, used for darkly comic reactions and deadpan punchlines in memes and short videos.
This is a brief spoken moment from Kevin Spencer, delivered in the title character's flat, detached voice that made the Canadian animated series stand out. The delivery is dry and understated rather than loud, which is why it lands as a joke on its own: the calm tone clashes with the dark, absurd situation around it. Played over a reaction shot or a cutaway, it instantly signals sarcasm, indifference or quiet menace, and it works best when the audience already recognises Kevin's famously unbothered attitude.
