Ghostface is the masked killer identity from the Scream slasher franchise, which began in 1996 and became known for its phone call threats and distorted voice, performed by Roger Jackson. Short lines from the character spread widely online as soundboard clips and horror memes because the voice is instantly recognisable even without the mask on screen. The taunting Miss me phrasing fits that tradition of Ghostface toying with victims before an attack, which is why creators still reuse it for Halloween posts, horror edits and villain comeback moments.

Ghostface saying 'Miss me' from the Scream movies, a short creepy voice clip used for horror edits, jump scares and spooky reveal moments online.
This is a brief voice clip of Ghostface delivering the taunting line Miss me in his distorted, menacing phone voice from the Scream franchise. The delivery is slow and playful in a threatening way, with that familiar raspy filter that makes the killer sound close and in control. At just over two seconds, it lands as a sudden chill rather than a full scare, perfect for a villain entrance or a creepy callback. The line works because it feels personal, as if the character has returned specifically to unsettle whoever is listening.
