This greeting comes from a Russian-language soundboard clip credited to Crade, created as a welcome message for an adult community page. The word public here refers to a social media community page rather than a broadcast show, and the greeting is spoken directly to its followers. Clips like this are shared on soundboards because they work as ready-made intros: a creator can open a video or stream with an established welcome instead of recording one. Its continued use comes from that simple, recognisable function rather than from any wider film, song or television source.

A Russian spoken greeting that welcomes listeners to an 18+ community page, often used as a cheeky intro for videos, streams and social posts.
This clip is a spoken Russian greeting recorded as an introduction for an adult community page, lasting just under thirty seconds. A clear voice welcomes listeners to the group, setting a playful, confident and slightly cheeky mood before anything else happens. The delivery is direct and conversational, with pauses that make it feel like a real host addressing an audience rather than a scripted announcement. Played at the start of a video or stream, it instantly signals that the content ahead is for adults and is meant to be light-hearted, creating a sense of belonging for regular followers while catching new viewers off guard.
