Sylas is a champion from Riot Games' League of Legends, released in January 2019 as a mage whose signature ability, Hijack, lets him steal an enemy's ultimate. The laugh is one of his combat voice lines triggered when he casts it, and players have pulled it onto soundboards as a shorthand for mocking an opponent who just got hit with their own ability. Because Sylas is defined by turning enemy power against them, the laugh has become a compact audio taunt for outplay moments, and it keeps circulating in highlight edits and reaction memes.

Sylas the Unshackled's maniacal laugh from League of Legends when he hijacks an enemy ultimate. Perfect for stolen plays, betrayals and clutch reversals.
This is Sylas, the Unshackled, cackling as he fires off his Hijack ultimate in League of Legends. The short, raspy two-second laugh lands right at the moment he steals an enemy ultimate and turns it back on them, so it carries a mischievous, mocking energy. It sounds less like a victory cry and more like a taunt from a mage who just outplayed you with your own power. Creators drop it to underline any stolen move, cheesy reversal or satisfying betrayal in edits, where the arrogance of the laugh does half the comedic work.
