Kokichi Ouma is the Ultimate Supreme Leader from Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony, released in 2017, known for constant lying, teasing, and a theatrical laugh. Short clips of his voice became popular in fan edits on YouTube and TikTok, where creators made earrape versions by boosting game rips far past normal levels. The loud variant follows that wider meme format of taking a recognisable line and making the volume itself the joke, which is why it still circulates in Danganronpa edits and reaction compilations.

Distorted loud Kokichi Ouma voice clip from Danganronpa V3, used as a jumpscare meme for sudden reactions, edits and volume warning jokes online.
This is an ear-splitting, heavily boosted version of a Kokichi Ouma voice line, compressed into three seconds of shouting and distortion. The original playful, mischievous tone is pushed far beyond normal volume, clipping and crackling until the voice becomes almost a blast. It does not build up or warn the listener, it just hits instantly. That sudden overload is the whole joke, turning a familiar anime game character moment into a startling punchline that makes viewers flinch, laugh, and immediately check their headphones.
