PinkPantheress first released Boy's a Liar in late 2022, and the remix with Ice Spice, Boy's a Liar Pt. 2, followed in February 2023 and quickly became a global TikTok hit. The song's short, catchy chorus made it easy to reuse in short-form videos, where creators paired it with relationship jokes, exposés and reaction edits. Its rise was driven largely by TikTok and streaming rather than traditional promotion, and the Ice Spice verse gave the track a sharper, more quotable edge. That combination of pop catchiness and meme-ready attitude keeps the clip in circulation.

A short clip from PinkPantheress and Ice Spice's Boy's a Liar Pt. 2, used in TikTok edits and memes to call out dishonest behaviour with a catchy pop-rap hook.
This eight-second clip lifts the instantly recognisable hook from Boy's a Liar Pt. 2, with PinkPantheress's light, breathy vocal floating over a bouncy, upbeat beat before Ice Spice's confident rap delivery cuts through. It sounds playful rather than angry, pairing a sweet pop melody with a blunt, dismissive attitude that makes the accusation feel like a joke between friends. Played on its own, it lands as a quick punchline, instantly signalling that someone has been caught out. Its short length and catchy rhythm make it easy to loop, drop under a reaction, or use as a musical sting that viewers recognise within a second.
