The clip comes from a user-generated soundboard upload credited to derzko69, titled in Russian 'ингалятор', which translates to 'inhaler'. Its file metadata names an online voice changer with effects, showing the scream was processed through a voice-morphing tool rather than recorded clean. The published caption for the sound is simply 'AAAAAA', matching the half-second gasp it contains. It sits in the pranks section of the soundboard, where short startling noises are collected for memes and practical jokes, and it remains a niche pick for creators who want a distorted scream instead of a stock one.

A short distorted scream run through an online voice changer, the derzko69 inhaler clip. Creators drop the gasping AAAAAA as a jumpscare in meme and prank edits.
This is a half-second scream run through an online voice-changing tool and uploaded under the Russian nickname derzko69 with the title 'ингалятор', meaning inhaler. What you hear is a single gasping 'AAAAAA' that sounds warped and breathless, as if the person is inhaling and screaming at the same time. The effect bends the pitch and adds a synthetic, wheezy texture that makes it more absurd than scary. In a video it lands like a punchline, startling the viewer for a split second before the joke of the mangled voice takes over. It works best dropped unexpectedly over a frozen frame or a clumsy fail.
