Felca is the online name of Felipe Bressanin Pereira, a Brazilian creator known for deadpan comedy videos, reactions and livestreams that often get clipped into short memes. Perto is Portuguese for close or near, and tira perto in the original description points to the close up joke behind the clip. As Felca's reactions spread through Brazilian social feeds and group chats, single words from his videos became reusable reaction sounds. This one stayed popular because the meaning is visual as well as verbal, so editors can pair it with any sudden zoom.

A short voice clip of Brazilian creator Felca saying perto, used in edits and reaction videos for a sudden close up or awkward near funny moment.
This is a brief spoken clip built around Felca delivering the word perto in a close, direct tone that feels like he is suddenly right next to the camera. The recording is short and dry, with the voice sitting front and center and little background noise, so the line lands instantly. That closeness is the joke, turning an ordinary moment into something intrusive and funny. Creators use the abruptness to break tension, mock someone getting too close, or underline a reaction where personal space disappears and the viewer is caught off guard for a second.
