Loona is the hellhound receptionist from Helluva Boss, the animated web series created by Vivienne Medrano that began with a pilot in 2019 on YouTube and is voiced by Erica Lindbeck. Short voice lines from the character are widely clipped by fans and shared on TikTok, Discord and soundboards because her dry, confident delivery works out of context. This cookie line spread in that same fan editing culture, where brief, recognisable quotes become reaction sounds that viewers instantly associate with Loona's personality.

Loona says wanna be the cookie in this flirty Helluva Boss voice clip, used as a playful reaction sound in meme edits and fan videos and short-form posts.
This short clip features Loona delivering the line wanna be the cookie in a soft, teasing tone that leans into her bold and sarcastic personality. Her voice stays low and playful rather than loud, which makes the moment feel flirtatious and slightly smug. The delivery turns a simple food reference into a cheeky innuendo that lands instantly with fans who know the character. When placed over a reaction shot or a character looking tempted, it adds instant attitude and comic tension without needing any extra dialogue or explanation to understand the joke.
