The Noise is a rival character from Pizza Tower, the 2023 platformer built around Peppino and his frantic pizza restaurant runs. Online editors turned his taunting presence into a calling meme, pairing phone ringing with the idea that he will not leave Peppino alone. The format spread through short gaming edits and soundboards because the premise needs no setup: a call comes in, the caller is chaos, and the reaction sells it. It remains popular for its simple timing and recognisable game connection.

The Noise is calling meme from Pizza Tower features a ringing phone taunting Peppino to answer. Creators use it for fake call and pick up the phone jokes.
This clip plays on a phone call you cannot ignore, with a persistent ringing tone and The Noise acting like an annoying caller demanding to be picked up. The joke comes from the contrast between an ordinary ring and the chaotic Pizza Tower character on the other end, as if Peppino is being harassed during a shift. It sounds urgent, silly and slightly menacing at the same time, which makes a simple incoming call feel like a boss encounter. Viewers instantly get the pressure to answer before it gets worse.
