The sound comes from Kitboga, a creator known for wasting the time of scammers by pretending to fall for their tricks, and this clip captures one Indian scammer losing patience and shouting “What are you doing?” repeatedly. Fans clipped the moment and boosted the volume until it became a harsh earrape version, sharing it on soundboards and in short-form edits where a loud scream is used for comic shock. Because the line is short, instantly recognisable and easy to drop into a reaction, it has stayed popular as a prank and meme sound long after the original call.

A loud, distorted earrape clip of an Indian scammer shouting “What are you doing?” during a Kitboga call, used for funny prank and reaction edits.
The clip is a heavily distorted, earrape version of an Indian scammer repeatedly shouting “What are you doing?” at the top of his voice during a scam call. The audio is blown out, crackling and painfully loud, with the words clipping and echoing as the scammer grows more confused and frustrated. It starts abruptly and keeps the same frantic energy throughout, making it feel chaotic and over the top. Listeners get an instant jolt from the volume and the angry, bewildered tone, which is why it works so well as a sudden shock or punchline in short videos.
