This clip surfaced as a fanmade XScream edition on a user-generated soundboard, where it was published with the note 'Make BUT Finished' and filed under the Archives and Collections tags. Little is documented about who remade it or what the original 'Weekend' recording was, so its history lives mainly in how editors pass it around: as a ready-made scream sting for jumpscares, fails and meme edits, in the same rotation as the classic vine boom sound. Its appeal is simple, since a loud scream needs no context to land.

A fanmade XScream 'Weekend' scream, rebuilt as a loud 7-second burst. Creators use it for jumpscares and fail edits where a sharp shout sells the scene.
This is a fanmade recreation of a scream built around the 'Weekend' name, tagged as an XScream edition. The clip runs about seven and a half seconds and delivers one big, theatrical scream: it rips in at full volume, holds a strained, echoing wail through the middle, then cuts off hard at the end. There is no dialogue or music underneath, just the raw vocal burst with a slightly processed, larger-than-life edge. It lands like a jumpscare sting, the kind of over-the-top scream that makes a fail clip or a sudden reveal feel ten times more dramatic.
