Circulated as a short user uploaded soundboard clip under the joined title AniHolehAniLoPo, this Hebrew phrase has spread mainly through shares, replays and short form edits rather than a single documented broadcast source. The wording itself translates as a double excuse, sick and absent at the same time, which explains why creators reuse it for absence jokes in many contexts. Its brevity helps it travel as a voice note style reaction, easy to drop into chats and videos without context, and the plain delivery keeps the line recognisable even at small sizes.

The short Hebrew voice clip Ani Holeh Ani Lo Po repeats 'I'm sick, I'm not here' in a deadpan tone, used as a playful excuse and reaction sound.
Ani Holeh Ani Lo Po is a brief spoken meme clip built around a simple Hebrew excuse delivered in a flat, unconvincing voice. The speaker announces that he is sick and that he is not here, turning a school or work absence line into an instant joke. The humour comes from the contradiction and the deadpan delivery, which makes the excuse sound both rehearsed and hopeless. At just a few seconds long, it lands as a quick punchline, a voice note reply, or a reaction dropped the moment someone is asked where they have been.
