The clip is associated with TV total, the German late-night comedy show that mixed celebrity interviews, studio games and deliberately awkward humour. Its file metadata links the line 'Bitte ziehen Sie sich aus' to a TV total nipple segment, which explains its cheeky, studio-comedy tone. Short German catchphrases from the show have long circulated as soundboard clips because they are instantly recognisable to German-speaking viewers and funny even out of context. On soundboards and in short edits, this one survives as a quick, slightly naughty reaction rather than a full quotation.
Over dit geluid
A short German TV clip saying 'Bitte ziehen Sie sich aus' from TV total, used as a cheeky reaction sound for undressing jokes and reveals in memes and edits.
This is a German spoken clip built around the polite but suggestive command to take your clothes off, delivered in a clear, direct and formal tone. That formality makes the request sound both innocent and mischievous at the same time, which is where much of the joke comes from. Because it lasts a few seconds, it lands instantly as a punchline rather than a speech, catching listeners off guard before they can process the double meaning. Played over a reveal, a costume change or an awkward moment, it turns embarrassment into comedy and invites a knowing laugh, even from listeners who catch the playful intent behind the words.
