The sound comes from Lucathicc, a pink Lucario variant that circulates as a joke character in MUGEN fan games and edits. Fans clipped the brief retching noise because it reads instantly as disgust without needing any dialogue or context. From there it spread as a short reaction sound in gaming videos, meme compilations, and short-form edits, where creators use it to mock something unpleasant or over-the-top. Its brevity is part of the appeal: it delivers the joke in under a second and leaves room for the next gag.

A short blegh vomit noise from Lucathicc, the pink Lucario character from MUGEN, used in memes and video edits for a disgusted gross-out reaction.
This is a very short, wet retching sound made by Lucathicc, a pink recolor of Lucario that became a joke character in MUGEN fighting game edits. It starts abruptly and ends almost instantly, like a quick gagging splutter rather than a long vomiting scene, which makes it land as a punchline instead of something genuinely unpleasant. The silly, cartoonish quality undercuts the grossness, so viewers tend to laugh or wince at the same time. Because it is under a second long, it works best as a sudden reaction to something disgusting, embarrassing, or absurd on screen, cutting through dialogue without derailing the scene.
