Brook is the skeleton musician of the Straw Hat Pirates in One Piece, Eiichiro Oda's long-running manga and anime series. Revived by the Revive-Revive Fruit, he is famous for his formal manners, skull jokes, and distinctive yohohoho laugh. Short laugh and fail clips of Brook circulate widely in anime soundboards and meme edits, where fans isolate moments when his theatrical cackle collapses into coughing and wheezing. The choke version is used less as a quote and more as a reusable reaction for laughter that spirals out of control.
Over dit geluid
Brook choking and wheezing on his laugh from One Piece, a long wheezy skeleton cackle people use for uncontrollable or awkward laughter in anime edits.
This is Brook from One Piece caught mid-laugh and literally choking on it, his signature yohohoho breaking into coughs, gasps and wheezing squeaks. The 10-second clip starts with his high, rattling skeleton laugh, then stumbles as he struggles for air he does not need, which makes the whole thing sound even more ridiculous. Because Brook is already dead, the choking fit lands as pure slapstick rather than danger. Viewers hear a laugh that has gone too far, the kind that takes over a scene and leaves everyone else just watching it fall apart.
