Crab Rave is a 2018 electronic track by Noisestorm, released through Monstercat, that became a viral meme when creators paired its upbeat drop with clips of crabs dancing in a row. The dancing crab videos spread across YouTube and social media in late 2018, turning the song into shorthand for an unexpected celebration. It stayed popular because the tune is instantly recognisable even in a short clip, and the absurd image of dancing crabs still works as a lighthearted ending for gaming clips, edits and reaction videos.

The Crab Rave drop by Noisestorm, the high-energy electronic track behind the dancing crab meme, used for celebrations, wins and funny video endings.
Crab Rave is a short, punchy burst of electronic dance music built around a bright, bouncy synth riff and a driving beat that instantly signals a party. It opens with a playful, rising melody before dropping into a fast, energetic rhythm that feels triumphant and a little absurd at the same time. Hearing it, most viewers immediately picture crabs dancing in a line, which makes even a small win feel like a full celebration. That mix of high energy and silliness is why the clip lands so well as a punchline, turning an ordinary moment into something loud, joyful and impossible to take seriously.
