Crystal Dolphin is an instrumental track by Canadian producer Engelwood that found a second life as a short-form video sound, where its looping guitar riff became a favourite for aesthetic edits, skate clips and lifestyle montages. Shared widely on TikTok and Instagram, the ten-second excerpt works because it is instantly recognisable yet unobtrusive, giving creators a ready-made piece of background music that sets a warm, upbeat tone in seconds. Its continued use comes from that simplicity: one clean groove that fits almost any light-hearted visual without needing lyrics or a build-up.
Over dit geluid
A 10-second funky guitar loop from Engelwood's Crystal Dolphin, used in TikTok edits and aesthetic videos for smooth transitions and chill, upbeat moments.
Crystal Dolphin is a short, bright funk instrumental built around a clean, looping electric guitar riff, a light bassline and a relaxed, head-nodding groove that feels instantly sunny and laid-back. Over ten seconds it cycles through the same catchy melody without vocals, giving editors a smooth, breezy bed of music that lifts a clip without overpowering it. The sound feels nostalgic and carefree, like a warm afternoon drive or a skate video montage, and it makes simple footage feel more polished, stylish and easy to watch.
