The I like trains line comes from the asdfmovie series of short animated sketches, where its cheerful, childlike delivery made it an instant quotable moment. Clips and remixes spread across YouTube and later TikTok, where creators paired the line with train footage, unexpected cuts, and gaming fails. The die potato opening adds a second absurd shout, giving soundboard users a longer, more chaotic version to drop into edits. Its staying power comes from that simplicity: two short, memorable phrases that need no context to feel funny.
Over dit geluid
A voice clip combining a shout of die potato with the classic I like trains line, used in funny edits and meme videos to add a childish punchline.
This short clip pairs two silly, high-energy shouts in quick succession. First comes a blunt, mock-angry command aimed at a potato, delivered in a loud, cartoonish voice, and then it cuts straight to the cheerful, sing-song declaration that the speaker likes trains. The contrast is the joke: the sudden shift from fake aggression to innocent enthusiasm feels absurd and instantly meme-ready. The voices sound young and exaggerated, with crisp, punchy delivery and no music or background noise to soften it. Played on its own, it lands as a random, quotable outburst, and in an edit it works as a surprise payoff that makes a boring moment feel deliberately unhinged.
