The exact recording source for this clip is not documented in the listing, so it circulates mainly as a standalone German meme line rather than a confirmed quote. It is shared with political tags referencing Merkel and the slogan from its original description, which helps explain why editors drop it into centrist jokes and election edits. Its appeal is simple timing and phrasing: a short, quotable sentence that can caption screenshots, polls and split opinions without needing extra context to understand the joke about being in the middle.
Over dit geluid
German voice clip saying Er ist genau mittig, used as a deadpan political meme reaction for perfectly centered takes and awkward middle positions.
A short German voice line delivering the phrase Er ist genau mittig with flat, matter of fact timing. The delivery sounds calm and oddly certain, as if stating an obvious measurement, which makes the line funnier when the situation is anything but clear. At just under five seconds it lands as a dry punchline, cutting into a conversation to label someone or something as stuck right in the center. The humor comes from the contrast between the serious tone and the trivial, very specific claim being made.
