Freddy Fazbear is the mascot animatronic of Five Nights at Freddy's, and this scream comes from Five Nights at Freddy's AR: Special Delivery, the 2019 mobile game by Illumix that brought the animatronics into the player's real surroundings through the phone camera. In the game, failing to fend off Freddy triggers this full-screen FNAF jumpscare and its harsh audio sting. Clips of AR jumpscares spread quickly on YouTube and TikTok, and the isolated sound became a staple on meme soundboards for pranks, where its short length makes it easy to drop.

Freddy Fazbear's jumpscare scream from Five Nights at Freddy's AR: Special Delivery. Creators use it for horror edits, prank videos and sudden scare moments.
This is Freddy Fazbear lunging straight at the camera in Five Nights at Freddy's AR, and it hits hard in under three seconds. It opens with a harsh metallic screech layered over a distorted roar, then collapses into crunching static as the animatronic fills the screen. There is no build-up or dialogue, just an instant burst of volume and aggression. Dropped over a quiet clip, it makes viewers flinch, gasp or rip off their headphones. It works because it feels physical and sudden, like the phone itself is being attacked.
