Houshou Marine is a pirate captain VTuber from Hololive Production, part of its third generation known as Hololive Fantasy. The dauto line circulated through HoloGra, Hololive's short comedy animation series, where the official English subtitles rendered the moment as She sus. That translation connected the Japanese doubt callout to the global sus slang popularised by Among Us, helping the clip spread beyond Marine's regular audience into VTuber reaction edits, Discord soundboards and short meme videos where a quick accusation is needed.

Houshou Marine saying dauto, meaning doubt, from a Hololive HoloGra clip. Fans use this short voice line to call someone out as suspicious or sus.
This is a one second voice clip of Hololive VTuber Houshou Marine saying dauto, the Japanese loanword for doubt. Her delivery is short, flat and pointed, like an accusation dropped mid conversation. The word lands instantly because the tone suggests she has already made up her mind and finds the other person suspicious. It works as a reaction sound because it needs no setup, cutting in with a clear judgment that feels both playful and damning, especially when paired with a pause or a guilty looking face on screen nearby.
