Over dit geluid

This eight-second clip delivers the flat line 'It ain't got no gas in it' in Karl Childers' unhurried Southern voice from the 1996 film Sling Blade, played by Billy Bob Thornton. The straight-faced delivery makes a blunt explanation feel unexpectedly funny, turning a simple failure into a deadpan punchline that lands without any buildup.

Pro-tip

Show the failure first, then let the line explain it. The joke works because the cause is already obvious on screen, so the flat answer feels like the only possible reply.

Goed om te weten

Place it at the end of a failure clip, after the breakdown is clear, then follow with a Bruh clip for the reaction or a Fail Sound Meme for a bigger crash. For a build-up, open with It Was At This Moment He Knew before the reveal.
