Over dit geluid
The iconic laugh of Brazilian funk singer Mr. Catra, a viral audio used in memes and video edits for comedic reactions and funny moments online today.
This is the unmistakable extended laugh of Mr. Catra, delivered in a deep, rolling, almost musical cadence that keeps rising and falling for several seconds. It is not a short chuckle but a full performance, playful and exaggerated, instantly recognisable to Brazilian listeners. The laugh works because it feels both joyful and mocking at the same time, making any ordinary moment sound funnier than it is. Placed over a fail, a joke or an awkward pause, it tells the audience exactly how to react and turns the scene into a meme.
