Murder Drones is an animated web series from Glitch Productions that premiered on YouTube in 2021, following worker drones on the exoplanet Copper 9 as they face the lethal Disassembly Drones fans call Murder Drones. Its dark humour, distinctive animation and cult online fandom helped clips, quotes and reactions spread widely across YouTube, TikTok and soundboards. This particular exclamation captures that fan excitement, which is why editors still reach for it when they want an instantly recognisable reference to the series.
