Tung Tung Tung Sahur became widely known through the Italian brainrot wave on TikTok in 2025, where surreal AI-generated characters were paired with rhythmic Italian-style voiceovers and short, looping edits. The character is a wooden log figure carrying a bat, and the repeated name quickly became its calling card in videos, remixes and reaction clips. As the trend spread beyond TikTok into YouTube Shorts and meme compilations, the announcement line stuck because it is instantly recognisable even without context, making it a shorthand for the whole brainrot style.
Over dit geluid
A voice clip saying oh that's Tung Tung Tung Sahur, the viral Italian brainrot character, used in TikTok memes to introduce the log character with timing.
This clip is a short, excited voice line that announces Tung Tung Tung Sahur, the wooden log character from the Italian brainrot meme universe, with a rising, almost sing-song delivery that makes the name itself feel like a punchline. The speaker stretches the oh at the start, then rolls through the repeated name in quick, rhythmic bursts, giving it the energy of a hype introduction rather than a normal sentence. Played over a video, it instantly signals that something absurd, playful and deliberately over-the-top is about to appear, and it primes viewers who recognise the meme to laugh before the character even does anything.
