The rehehehe laugh is one of the many anonymous meme sounds that rose through meme soundboards and short-video apps rather than from a film or show. Nobody can point to a definitive origin, so it travels purely on vibe: a cheeky, smug giggle that fits any sneak or troll moment. It sits naturally next to other meme laugh sounds such as the cat laugh meme, and often appears in goofy ahh sounds mixes where cartoonish voices stack together. Its staying power comes from being generic enough to fit anywhere.
Over dit geluid
A short mischievous 'rehehehe' chuckle used as a meme sound effect. Creators drop it over sneaky, cheeky or troll moments in TikToks, shorts and Discord edits.
This clip is a short, cheeky burst of mischievous laughter that lands somewhere between a giggle and a taunt. The voice bounces through a quick 're-he-he-he' rhythm, playful and a little smug, like someone who just got away with something and cannot quite keep a straight face. It is too short to carry a scene on its own, but that is the point: it punches in and out in just over a second, leaving the listener with the feeling that the speaker knows more than they are letting on. It works as a wink to the audience, a tiny signal that something sneaky or funny has just happened.
