The exact origin of the Amarillo Amarillo Platano clip is undocumented, and it appears to have started life as a user-uploaded soundboard meme rather than a scene from a show or song. The phrase itself is just simple Spanish — 'yellow, yellow, banana' — which is part of the joke, since the humor comes from the chant's bouncy rhythm rather than any meaning. Labeled on soundboards as a sound meme (sometimes misspelled 'amarello'), the roughly five-second loop spread through meme edits and reaction videos, where it now sits comfortably among goofy ahh sounds and other short viral meme audio.
O tym dźwięku
A playful voice meme repeating 'amarillo, amarillo, platano' in a chant. People use it as a funny Spanish sound effect for absurd edits and reaction videos.
The clip is a short, bouncy vocal chant repeating the Spanish words for yellow and banana in a deliberately silly, singsong rhythm. The voice leans into the repetition, turning three simple words into an earworm that feels like a playground taunt or a cartoon jingle. It lands as pure nonsense comedy: there is no punchline to wait for, just the joyful absurdity of the loop. Drop it into a video and viewers instantly read the tone as goofy and unserious, which makes it a perfect seasoning for over-the-top reactions, random cutaways, or moments that need a burst of chaotic energy.
