Ultimate Battle is the insert song from Dragon Ball Super's Tournament of Power arc, first heard during Goku's Ultra Instinct fight against Jiren in episode 130, which aired in 2018. Performed by Akira Kushida with lyrics by Yukinojo Mori and music by Norihito Sumitomo, it became the anthem of the series' climax and spread far beyond the anime through AMVs, TikTok edits and short clips shared with sound, sitting alongside other anime meme sounds like ara ara. Fans still reach for its opening swell whenever a moment needs instant shonen-style drama.
